By entering Miss Pink Beauty, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

• I will treat all contestants, staff members, judges, sponsors, and anyone associated with Miss Pink Beauty with respect at all times. Any rude, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in my removal as a finalist. In such circumstances, I will be required to return my finalist crown and sash, and no refund will be issued.

• I understand that Miss Pink Beauty reserves the right to remove any contestant at any time if they are deemed to be acting in a way that does not reflect the values of the pageant.

• I understand that Miss Pink Beauty is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the event.

• I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable. I will not receive a refund if I choose to withdraw from the pageant or if I am removed for any reason.

• I confirm that I am entering the correct age division based on my age as of the official event date.

• I agree to follow all rules, timings and instructions given by the Miss Pink Beauty team throughout the event and any related activities.

• I grant Miss Pink Beauty full permission to use any photographs and videos taken of me for promotional, marketing and social media purposes without compensation.

• I understand that any titles, awards, crowns or sashes awarded remain the responsibility of the titleholder and may be withdrawn if the titleholder does not uphold the values of Miss Pink Beauty.

• I understand that Miss Pink Beauty reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, judges or format if necessary.

• I confirm that I am participating at my own risk and that Miss Pink Beauty is not responsible for any injury sustained during the event.

• If I am under 18, I confirm that I have full parental/guardian consent to take part in the pageant and agree to these terms.
