Kira Salmon, aged 17, is an accomplished pageant director and titleholder with over six years of experience in the pageantry world. Having held multiple national titles across the UK, Kira brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion to Pink Beauty.
Alongside her pageant success, Kira is also qualified in makeup artistry, spray tanning, and conflict management. These skills enhance her ability to support, guide, and mentor contestants at every stage of their journey. Her commitment to excellence and empowering others shines both on and off the stage.
Charlotte Munday
Charlotte Munday, aged 17, is a dedicated co founder of Pink Beauties and currently studies in sixth form. With a strong background in musical theatre, she brings creativity, confidence, and stage presence to the team.
Her experience in performing arts has helped shape her passion for pageantry, allowing her to inspire contestants to express themselves, build confidence, and shine on stage. Charlotte’s enthusiasm and commitment play a key role in the continued growth of Pink Beauty.

Genty Sadler
Genty Sadler, aged 16, has been involved in pageantry for three years and is currently studying at college. Through her journey in pageantry, she has developed confidence, dedication, and a strong understanding of the industry.
Her passion for personal growth and supporting others makes her a valued member of the Pink Beauty team, where she continues to inspire and encourage contestants to be their best selves.
Francesca San Juan
Francesca San Juan, aged 19, is currently studying at university and has built an impressive reputation within the pageantry world. She has held multiple national and international titles throughout her journey, showcasing her dedication, talent, and commitment to excellence.
Most recently, Francesca competed in America, proudly representing Great Britain on an international stage. Her experience and achievements make her a strong role model within Pink Beauty, where she continues to inspire confidence and ambition in others.
