By submitting your entry and/or participating in the Miss Pink Beauty competition, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.All entry fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

2.Contestants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times, including during online interactions, rehearsals, events, and correspondence. Any form of rudeness, harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow contestants, staff, judges, or organisers will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.In such cases, no refund of fees will be issued and no title, prize, or placement will be awarded.

3. By entering the competition, you grant Pink Beauty, its affiliates, and authorised representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, video footage, or other media taken of you during the finals or related events for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.No further consent or compensation will be required for such use.

4.Contestants are solely responsible for their personal belongings during all stages of the event. Pink Beauty, its staff, and venue partners accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, electronics, or pageant materials.
